Other Stuff

Many businesses survive through exhibiting at trade shows and it is a very pro-active way for a business to earn, what can be a substantial profit throughout the year. Whether it is selling goods straight from the stand or generating leads, it pays to look good and make the most from the space you have.Modular Exhibition Stand

Stock Displays introduced the modular exhibition system UniBanner® late last year and it has gone from strength to strength. Anybody who has ever exhibited at a trade show knows the full extent of how tiring, painful and long it can be. What’s more is that trade shows are amongst the most competitive environment because everybody is fighting for the same customer and thats why Stock Displays have created this revolutionary modular exhibition stand system which allows exhibitors to transport and construct the stand with the greatest of ease.Modular Exhibition Stand

The UniBanner® is a modular exhibition stand system which allows the pieces of the stand to be easily transported in carry cases. What Stock Displays have done however is keep the high quality look and feel by making the most of the available space on each of the panels for a businesses graphics. This allows businesses to stand out from the crowd and make those much needed inroads to customers walking past their stands at the trade show.

The UniBanner® range has also set it sights on the future, allowing for technology to be integrated within the stands in the form of LCD monitors. LCDs are an additional feature that make businesses stand out as videos, images or other types of visual media can be created before the exhibition and entice and entertain your audience.

Adverts from the 2011 Superbowl

by Andy on February 14, 2011

The Green Bay Packers beat the Pittsburgh Steelers to win Superbowl XLV last Sunday, and one thing that was noticable by their absence when watching the programme on the BBC in the UK was the adverts.

I watched the first hour of the programme, and when I went to bed only 20 minutes of the match had been played, such were the amount of breaks in the game in which the US programmers cram as many ads as they possibly can.

And with advertising costing companies nearly £2,000,000 for a single 30 second spot who can blame them!?

Here are a couple of videos, one showing some of the best adverts from Superbowl XLV, and the other squeezing all 61 adverts into a two minute video:

gadget show A-Boards

Our A-Boards on Set at The Gadget Show

Our pavement signs don’t always end up outside high street shops and cafes, occasionally they find themselves in more glamorous surroundings. For example just last week we had a call from Channel Five asking if we could supply them with some A-Boards – they came to us because they were due to start filming the following morning and so they needed the signs to arrive with them at very short notice.

As we stock thousands of pavement signs and specialise in next day delivery we had no problem in getting the signs on the next delivery truck and delivered to Suzi Perry and the rest of the Gadget Show team on set in less than 24 hours.

At Stock Displays we love creative ideas, and when we found these bike helmet designs by Russian advertising agency ‘Good’ we just had to share them.
